Delivery and payment
There is no online payment on the site: you send the order, we contact you and confirm the details.
How it works
- You place the order on the site and choose delivery or pickup.
- We contact you on WhatsApp, Telegram or by email and confirm the order and the final amount.
- You pay the way that suits you and we prepare the order. Made-to-order pieces are made within the time shown on the product page.
- We ship the parcel and send you the tracking number, or let you know the order is ready for pickup.
Delivery in Portugal
CTT — Delivery cost: 5,90 €.
Standard delivery within mainland Portugal via CTT postal service.
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days.
Delivery cost: €5.90.
Free standard delivery on orders of €35 or more.
CTT express delivery — available upon request. The delivery time and cost will be confirmed before dispatch.
Delivery to Madeira and the Azores — availability, delivery time and cost are confirmed upon request.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the postal service.
Pickup
Free, at: Rua João Gaspar de Lemos Amorim 9, Tavarede, Figueira da Foz
Seg–Sex 9:00–18:00 · Sáb 10:00–16:00
Payment
Bank transfer or MB Way (we send the details when we confirm), cash on pickup.
Need an invoice with a tax number (NIF)? Add it in the order form.
